I am trying to upload my new audio profile, and it is not uploading. It keeps the same one, and the other one is not there. Do you know what to do?

Uploading a new one should override the old one. I've found uploading an mp3 file results in better success than uploading in wave format, though the site is supposed to accept both formats. If you can't get it to work for some reason, you could always try simply removing the existing one, than uploading the new one from scratch, starting with a blank slate. Just a suggestion.
I got it on the page, it was just weird how it didn't load the first time. However, it was received when I logged out for some reason, and it was uploaded when I was gone for about five minutes. I got the problem resolved, but I just think that that was a very unusual occurrence.
yes. sometimes that can happen for some unknown reason. I'm glad you got it to work, though. I'm about to upload a new one myself, so I'll check back here if I have any problems.
Wow. OK. I'm having the same problem. Tried uploading as WAV, that didn't work, so I tried as mp3, that didn't work, so I downsampled, and it still didn't work. going to try downsampling again, but I don't want to go too far as that would defeat the whole purpose of the sampling rate on the site being increased in the first place.
Just log out. That might work.
Hmmm. It's not there. What a shame! Well, try logging out, then logging back in to see if your audio profile was successfully saved, though it should have done it automaticly.
Ok. I figured out what the problem was. so, I downsampled once again to 96 K, which I really shouldn't have to have done, but...whatever. anyway, it said the profile uploaded successfully, but when I went to listen to it, it showed me my old profile I had up there previously. I tried logging out, shutting down my browser completely, then re-opening it again and logging again. I went to view my audio profile again, and it still showed me the old one, but when my husband logged in and viewed it from his account, it showed him the new one. any ideas? does it just take an hour or so?
An update: I was able to view my new profile after deleting my browsing history. Everything's okay now.
